Shipping

We ship our boudin and
other great products via
Fed Ex unless otherwise
requested. For overnight
delivery, orders should be
placed Monday thru Thursday. For 2nd day
delivery, orders should be placed Monday thru
Wednesday. If possible, perishable orders are
simply shipped using Fed Ex ground on Monday or
Tuesday. This is the cheapest shipping method.
Our shipping rates are determined by the total
weight of your order and the postal zip code to
where your order of boudin is being shipped.
Unlike most companies who base their shipping
charges on total dollar value, we use current Fed
Ex shipping tables. The ordering process is very
simple. There will be one charge on your credit
card. It will include the shipping and handling.
When we receive your order, the products and the
cost of shipping will be charged. A $6.00 handling
fee will be added to shipping costs for all
non-perishable orders. A charge of $15.00 will be
added to all perishable orders in a small or medium
chest. A $20.00 fee will be added to the shipping
price for orders going into a large or ex-large chest.
This handling fee covers the cost of the ice chest,
dry ice, and the packaging. If no one will be
present to receive the order, Fed Ex will leave the
package at your door. If our overnight courier fails
to deliver your package in the United States on
time and your perishables are spoiled, you will
receive a refund for your order and the shipping
charges incurred. All orders shipped out of the US
are not guaranteed. If you have questions
regarding our shipping methods or policy, please
email us at
chadbourque@bourquespecialties.com We'll get
back with you within 24 hours. When ordering
perishable foods such as boudin, your total order
must be a minimum of 15 pounds.  We use dry ice
and a reusable insulated cooler - a packaging
combination that will insure your products arrive in
excellent condition.
