Jalapeno Sausage and Cheese Bread

We're known far and wide for a few things:  boudin, award-winning hog cracklins, and the stuffed bread that we call our "Jalapeno Sausage Cheese Bread". The Jalapeno Sausage Cheese Bread, named after the chopped jalapenos, homemade smoked sausage, and cheese we mix into it, was dreamed up by Willie Bourque decades ago, and our customers quickly realized we had something special; we move up to 250 loaves a day now, with six employees making the bread by hand every morning.
