Every year, Port Barre,LA hosts the Cracklin Festival, attracting thousands of people from across the nation. Every year, we win awards for our cracklins. These mouth-watering pork cracklins are made fresh daily - keeping with tradition, we cook most batches before the Sun rises. As soon as we pull them out the pot, customers begin turning their heads. We sprinkle a dash of our homemade blend of Cajun spices over the cracklins, set them cooling, and then vacuum-pack the quintessential Cajun snack to send out to our hungry customers nationwide.
In addition to our cracklins, we also offer dehydrated pork skin "popping pellets" that can be fried to make delicious pork rinds. Pick up a 0.5lb pack for the family or a 25lb pack for your business or fundraiser!
